Reasons?

A comprehensive home inspection is needed for the following reasons:

  • Quality of new homes is always suspect, no matter who the builder is.
  • It is always easier and cheaper to fix issues with a home, if any, when it is unoccupied.
  • To set a baseline with respect to the quality of the house.

More reasons can be found in our blog post here.

What gets checked?

In a comprehensive home inspection, we perform 100+ checks spanning across 9 categories ranging from Civil/Exterior to Safety. The adjoining graphic shows the different categories we cover during a comprehensive home inspection.
