Some of us went for home inspection service from HomeInspeKtor as an independent 3rd party service provider. We found so many issues which we as common people couldn’t identify.

Some of the examples are –
1. Hollow tiles.
2. Hairline cracks in the wall.
3. Cracks on doors.
4. Improper, unfinished work on walls, grills and tiles etc.
5. Missing screw, misaligned doors, windows fittings and so on.

There is a high chance that we will miss it during our 30 mins of inspection which will impact later once we start our interior work. At that point, even if we raise, chances are very high that builder will put the blame on us or our interior team. 

So, if u have not done your inspection and not started your interior work, I will highly recommend you go for it – worth it considering the money we spend on the home. As a next step, I am compiling my issues based on the detailed report, to send it to the builder.
