I have recently got my home inspected by HomeInspeKtor. This was the first of the two visits we have opted with them. Here is what I have to say about them –

2. The inspectors who visit your home for inspection are well qualified and they know their job very well.
3. They come with all the required appliances, instruments, tools and devices to inspect the home. So it’s all scientific inspection and not just with a bare eyes and hands.
4. They spend a good amount of time in inspecting each and every aspect of your home.
5. After completing a thorough inspection, the engineers will give you a walk-through of what have they inspected and what issues have they found.
6. Their report is what I liked a lot. Each and every issue whether its major or minor are reported in the final report along with the details and a good quality image which you take to your builder and get the issues resolved.

Overall, I am very happy about the service HomeInspeKtor provides in checking the quality of your home before you get possession from the builder. Looking forward to have another visit from inspectors to check some more aspects which are pending from the builder side.
